About KISURA

What is KISURA?

Kisura is Swahili and stands for “beautiful women”. KISURA is Europe’s first curated shopping service for all women who want to get the most out of themselves.

How it works

Sign up and fill out your personal profile. To do that you just have to click through our short questionnaire and give some details on your style, size and preferences. Based on that information your stylist will compile your personal KISURA BOX that contains new favourite pieces or outfits styled from head to toe. The service is entirely free of charge.

Your KISURA BOX will be delivered entirely for free to your doorstep. You can try everything on in the comfort of your home and ask your family and friends for advice. Afterwards you pay for the items you love and send back the rest. Please use the return label that you will find in your delivery.

Why do I have to fill out the personal profile?

Your profile is the basis to help our stylist to get to know you and create your very personal KISURA BOX. You can give information on your sizes, style preferences and wishes. Additionally you can upload a photo of yourself (max 5MB) to help your stylist even more to pick out the right items for you. Needless to say, your data is strictly confidential and secure. Only you and your stylist can look into your profile.

Why do I have to give so much information?

Our goal is that you receive perfect styles without any effort. Therefore the more details you reveal about yourself, the better, as it will help your stylist to pick out the perfect match for you. We believe that especially small details will help to bring out the inner beauty of each woman.

Do I have to schedule an appointment in every case?

The more your profile is filled out, the better your stylist can create your perfect KISURA BOX. With the help of a short phone call, both sides get to know each other better and we can get a more detailed idea on what you are looking for or what would fit you best. Texting via WhatsApp is also an option if you lack the time for a phone call.

How does my stylist know what suits me?

Fashion styling and years of experience: Our stylists have already accumulated years of experience in the international fashion industry and have a distinctive sense of fashion and style. In addition, our styling team is very familiar with brands, fittings and materials. Meet our stylists here

What can I expect to find in my KISURA BOX?

That all depends on what you want: You are looking for a new spring outfit for the office, the right blouse to your favourite skirt or simply a new statement accessory? - No problem! Our stylist pay constant attention to offer you a balanced wardrobe. That is why, at KISURA, you get top-notch basics in addition to current trend items, which should not be missed in any wardrobe. The highlight is finally to combine the latest trends with classics and basics.

How does KISURA earn money?

KISURA operates like a retailer: we buy the goods directly from the manufacturer and sell them to you at general retail prices. In contrast to the classic retailer, we do not have to pay high store rents. That is why we can afford the personal service and you get to shop for the same price as in a normal retail store.

Is a membership fee charged?

No, registration at KISURA is free of charge. The service is free for you as well - there are no membership fees or other costs.

Is KISURA a monthly subscription service?

No, the service provided by KISURA is not automatically offered as a subscription. You decide when we deliver a new KISURA BOX to you. By signing up you do not commit any obligations. https://www.kisura.de/subscription.

What we offer

What kind of clothing can I expect in my KISURA BOX?

Everything except underwear: We offer everything from dresses and skirts, to blouses and trousers, to knitwear, jackets and coats. Basically, everything the feminine heart desires. This includes, of course, the right accessories to polish your new look. Our goal is to dress you from head to toe.

What kind of styles does KISURA offer?

We offer national and international labels in different price categories - when putting together your outfits we constantly look out for your wishes and budget.

What range of sizes do you offer?

We carry an array of apparel, shoes and accessories—from size 34-44.

Can I surprise my friends with a KISURA gift card?

Yes: In addition to the free service, we offer gift cards of various value ranging from € 25 to € 1,000. The thoughtfully designed voucher card will be sent to you after the order by mail and also leaves space for your personal words to your friend. We will usually send out the gift card two business days after we received your payment. The recipient can then redeem the gift card when placing the order. Ordering, shipment and returns

How do I know if my order has been received?

As soon we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation mail via email. After your KISURA BOX has left our warehouse, you will receive another email with a link to DHL shipment tracking.

How much do the items usually cost?

This depends entirely on your budget: You are looking for a new green casual dress and you don’t want to spend more than 70€ for it? Or you want a spring blazer in pink and matching pumps for a maximum of 250€? Your personal stylist will search for the best articles from a variety of products. Our prices correspond to the usual retail prices. We do not offer seasonal sales in order to provide a first-class service for you.

Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value for KISURA. You alone determine the value of your KISURA BOX.

How long does it take for the KISURA BOX to arrive?

After our stylists have compiled your KISURA BOX it usually takes 5-7 business days until the delivery arrives at your place. We put together each package individually.

Where does KISURA ship to?

We offer free shipping within Germany and Austria. For questions regarding shipment to Switzerland, please contact our customer support at [email protected] . We plan to expand our service to other European countries soon.

Are there any hidden costs?

There are no additional costs. Return shipping is also free of charge within Germany and Austria. For shipment to Switzerland, please contact our customer support at [email protected]. There are no service charges, you only pay for the items that you keep. Our prices are general retail prices. There are no hidden markups.

How do I return products?

If you do not want to keep all the items, you can return them free of charge within 14 days of receipt. A return sheet is included with your KISURA BOX. Use the original KISURA carton for the return. Please use the enclosed return label.

Can I send everything back?

Yes, you can return all items to us free of charge within 14 days of receipt. In case you didn’t find anything you like in your KISURA BOX, please contact your stylist directly at [email protected]. We would like to create a new box for you, as we will get better every time with the help of your feedback.

Who will deliver the parcel?

We ship our packages with DHL GoGreen. This means that the delivery of your KISURA BOX is CO²-neutral.

Payment

Which payment methods do you offer?

Of course, you only pay for the items you keep. You will find the invoice in your delivery. Purchasing on account requires a positive credit assessment. Please note that we can not influence the decision whether or not this method of payment is offered to you. Alternatively you can pay in advance via PayPal, credit card (via PayPal) and DIRECTebanking.
